Student Ministry

IMPACT TFC 2013Middle and High School students face tremendous challenges as they seek to live out their faith in Jesus Christ. Our goal is to encourage and strengthen students by providing them multiple opportunities for Bible study and ministry that will grow their faith. Our students build close relationships with each other that come from serving the Lord together.

At FBSM, we lead students to draw close in personal intimacy to God, cultivate meaningful relationships with each other, and participate in ministry and service to others.

What to Expect
When you come to FBSM, you will experience a worship experience designed especially for you and small group Bible studies with students your age.

FAQs
What do I need to bring?
You don’t need to bring anything. We have materials for you and we even provide refreshments.

Where do I go and when do I need to arrive?
FBSM meets up on the third floor on Sunday mornings at 9:45 AM

Can I volunteer to help?
Volunteers are essential to the ministries of First Baptist, as we could not do what we do without them. Those interested in volunteering in our Preschool, Children, and Student Ministries should contact our ministry offices to find out more about the opportunities to serve. Our SafeWatch Policy explains our guidelines for volunteers in these ministries. SafeWatch

Gathering 8-21

The Gathering & Family Groups meet on the 3rd Floor. After the Gathering Band leads in praise, FBSM breaks out into Family Groups.  Family Groups are led by at least one Student Team Leader and Adult Team Leader who facilitate inductive question about real life based on the lesson.
