Celebration OrchestraDirected by Stacey Brown, the Celebration Orchestra is very important to the First Baptist music ministry. It is made up of volunteer instrumentalists with great experience as well as those who are less experienced that enjoy playing to honor our Lord. Students who have a good knowledge of their instruments are invited to join us. Private lessons are available.
The orchestra plays for each Sunday morning service and on occasion Sunday evenings. The orchestra also accompanies the Celebration Choir. Like all music groups at FBC Statesboro, the orchestra plays a wide variety of musical styles.
The Celebration Orchestra plays for community events as well and in 2008 will record its first CD album.
